THERAPEUTIC BODYWORK AND MASSAGE

Everything I’ve loved doing has involved working with my hands: baker, gardener, landscape designer. Becoming a skilled practitioner of therapeutic bodywork has brought that joy to new heights. I’m grounded in presence, listening (to both the client and their body), and adaptability. I thrive on creating and being in environments to improve personal health, to enhance a space, and to provide multiple healing modalities to those who suffer from injury and pain.

As a Massage Therapist, my goal is to work with clients and colleagues to help achieve an improved quality of life with less pain and greater range of motion. I’m a results-oriented person, and enthusiastic about the potentials for health and well-being that bodywork offers to everyone. In our busy, hectic, demanding world, many go for much too long without the healing and life-affirming experience of compassionate touch; I do what I can to help retore that balance for my clients and patients.

After graduating with Honors from the National Holistic School of Massage Therapy, I continued my education with an Advanced Neuromuscular Program for a total of 1350 hours of training and education. I have applied that knowledge to all of my work, and have used that knowledge to branch into even more healing modalities, such as acute injury recovery, chronic pain management, cancer therapies, post-op rehab, hospice at home massage, senior specializations and their particular specializations needs, (reduced mobility, circulation, pulmonary support, osteoporosis support, lymph drainage massage).

As I currently see mostly private clients, I am responsible for creating and maintaining the spaces I work in, customer service, booking, and other front-end things. I am warm, open, friendly and professional. I look forward to sharing the joy of healing with you in a sustainable, caring, effective setting, while we help to heal the world.
