I have always known that I wanted to be a chiropractor ever since I was a freshman in high school growing up in Louisiana. A good friend of the family was a chiropractor named Dr. Chad. He was kind, compassionate and highly skilled. During the summers I was fortunate to be able to spend a lot of time around him and learn more about this great profession.
Many people came to him with injuries and long term health issues. He helped them become pain free and get their health back. I saw the results he was getting and learned that the body is able to heal itself as long as there are no interferences or abnormal pressures on the spine or nerves.
When I was 17, I was involved in a car accident which left me in great pain and limited my ability to move. This was very hard for me because I was on several sports teams and I missed being part of them. Fortunately Dr. Chad was able to help me get out of pain and regain full function. It was then that I personally experienced the power of healing and how chiropractic is much more than just taking care of back pain.
After doing my undergraduate work at University of Louisiana, I enrolled in Life University and got my chiropractic degree. I discovered and learned the combination of techniques which compliment my skill with my hands to help bodies heal themselves without drugs or surgery.
I have a well developed skill with my hands and using complimentary techniques I’m able to help people of all ages release pain and regain normal function with their spine and extremities.
I also help athletes recover from injuries and increase the level of their performance. I played rugby on a nationally ranked team and was able to help fellow players keep a high level of performance. With my chiropractic support they were able to play harder and recover faster with less down time.
I continue to get the latest training in order to serve my patients better, I earned the CCEP (Certified Chiropractor Extremity Practitioner) degree and continue my quest to get the latest training.
